If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist with an exchange or return – in line with the policy outlined below.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. That’s why we offer a return or exchange facility, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all original accessories, including:

    • Tags and labels

    • User manuals

    • Warranty cards (if applicable)

    • Freebies (if any)

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

πŸ”’ Note: If the returned product is found to be damaged, used, or missing components, we reserve the right to decline the return and send it back to the customer.

Reasons for Return or Exchange

You are eligible to return or exchange your purchase if:

  • The item received is damaged, broken, or malfunctioning (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

  • The wrong or incomplete product was delivered.

  • You wish to exchange your item with a different brand/model, subject to stock availability and product condition.

Exchange Policy

Products purchased from General Electronics can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions above. Exchanges are subject to:

  • Stock availability of the requested product.

  • Price difference to be settled by the customer, if applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in line with the following guidelines:

  • If a refund is requested within 10 days of purchase, we will refund the amount at the original purchase price.

  • If the refund is requested after 10 days, it may be subject to:

    • Market depreciation – If the current market price is lower, the refund will reflect the updated value.

    • If the market price increases, the refund will remain at the original purchase price.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 working days of product return confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Opened or installed appliances (e.g., air conditioners, TVs, refrigerators) are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
